Product & Design

Are your designs original?
Yes, all designs are original and created in-house from our own photography.

Do the colours look exactly the same in real life?
We do our best to ensure colour accuracy, but screen settings can vary slightly. Real-life photos are included where possible to help you judge however different materials can result in subtle colour differences.


Sizes & Formats

What sizes are available?
Each product listing includes exact dimensions. All mounted prints fit standard frame sizes.

Are greeting cards folded or flat?
Our cards are folded unless otherwise stated. Orientation (portrait or landscape) is noted in the product description.

Do greeting cards come with envelopes?
Yes, all cards include a white envelope. Packs are sent in sealed cellophane to protect them during transit.

Are prints sold mounted or unmounted?
All of our prints are sent mounted with backing board and protected by a sealed cellophane wrapper.


Paper & Quality

What paper do you use for Prints?
We use premium, heavyweight photographic paper chosen for its texture, durability, and print quality. You can select gloss or satin when ordering.

What material do you use for Cards? Our greeting cards are printed onto 320gsm white card.


Pricing & Orders

Do you offer discounts for multiple items?
Occasional bundle deals and promotions are available — sign up to our newsletter or check our announcements on social media.

Is the frame included with prints?
Frames are not included but all prints will fit standard frame sizes.


Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
Dispatch and delivery times vary depending on when ordered but we will endeavour to post items within 48 hours of order. These are sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery.

How are items packaged?
Cards and prints are carefully packaged to prevent bending or damage during transit.

Do you ship internationally?
No we only supply to the UK.

Can I have a print delivered directly to someone else? Yes just let us know the name and address for the recipient when ordering.


Returns & Support

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I return my order?
If you are unhappy with your order you may return it within 14 days for a refund or replacement. Please ensure it is suitably packaged and tracked.
